What is the registration cancellation policy?

ACPM must receive written notice of cancellation no later than February 15, 2023, to info@ACPM.org. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Special requests for refund may be granted after the 30-day cut-off for personal emergencies. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Cancellation requests should include attendee name and registration confirmation number.

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. In most cases, fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to ACPM. No refunds will be processed on site.

ACPM is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event the conference is cancelled or sold out. If a program is cancelled by ACPM, every effort will be made to notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the first day of the conference and registration fees will be refunded.

What is the conference vaccination and mask policy?

In order to provide the safest conference environment possible, ACPM is monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation closely and following all recommended precautions provided by the CDC. Attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination for entry into the event. Attendees will also be required to wear a face mask in public spaces at all times throughout the conference.

To expedite the check-in process, please consider uploading your vaccination card to the CLEAR Digital vaccine card, a free feature in the CLEAR mobile app. Health Pass connects your verified identity with health insights to provide a safer, easier way back to the places and people you love. The digital vaccine card you create will sync with Health Pass for easier access to venues accepting COVID-19 vaccinations for entry. Once you have logged onto the Clear App scroll down to the "BLUE" box and upload your vaccine card to the Digital vaccine card tile.

2. You will be able to show this screen upon badge pickup.
3. Please note that you are also able to show proof of vaccination with your physical card as well.

How do I update my registration?

You can update your registration within your Registration Portal, or by contacting ACPMAnnual@support.eventpower.com.

How many CME are offered?

The conference will offer 26.5 CME.

How do I claim CME?

CME evaluations will be available in the conference app immediately after each session ends. The last day to claim CME is June 23, 2023.

Will any of the sessions be recorded?

ACPM will be recording the six plenary sessions. Individuals who register for the full conference will be given complimentary access to the recordings. Individuals who did not register for the full conference will be provided a link to purchase the recordings on the ACPM Learning Management System.
